Hanno Kaiser spent two decades advising and representing technology companies in antitrust matters before the FTC, DOJ, the European Commission, and competition agencies in Germany, China, Korea, and elsewhere. As a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York, San Francisco, and San Diego, his practice focused on search and ad tech, social media and messaging, e-commerce and payments and on the emerging regulation of artificial intelligence. He taught antitrust law at UC Berkeley School of Law and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is now writing, reading, and exploring new directions — including a return to his earlier work in philosophy.
